KCA HEALTH SEMINAR

The Keeshond Donor’s Circle Trust, through the generosity of its members, is pleased to present Margaret V. Root Kustritz, DVM, PhD as the health educational speaker during the Keeshond Club of America National Specialty & Rocky Mountain Keeshond Club Regional Specialty week, hosted by the Rocky Mountain Keeshond Club. Dr. Root-Kustritz is a Diplomate of the American College of Theriogenologists and an associate professor of Small Animal Reproduction at the University of Minnesota’s College of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Root-Kustritz will speak on “Common Reproductive Diseases of the Dog and Bitch” with a highly informative question and answer session for those in attendance, immediately following her seminar.

KCA BREEDER'S SEMINAR

BREEDERS' MEET AND GREET - PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE

If you have ever wanted a chance to meet some of the folks behind those names in the catalogs, whether you are a novice or just distance-challenged this is the event for you. The evening will include an introduction of experienced breeders from the past and present who will answer your questions, share their photo albums and discuss pedigrees and breeding programs. Following introductions, we will offer a handling demonstration for that winning look. Then, take the opportunity to visit with potential mentors, get acquainted with breeders from around the country or pick up grooming tips at pre-set stations. We will close the evening with a panel taking questions from the floor. Bring your questions and join us for a rare and enjoyable experience when we bring together the breeders of yesterday, today and tomorrow.
