STATE BASKET AUCTION

STATE BASKETS ARE BACK!

Due to the number of requests that have been received, we are re-instituting the State Basket Tradition as a fund raiser. The suggested size of the State Baskets is not to exceed 15” x 15” at the base, but exceptions will be considered as required. There is no limit on the number of Baskets from each state.

Each Basket should contain items from your State. Products, pictures, trinkets, wine, food etc. Whatever you feel best represents your State. Please include a list of items to be posted indicating what is in your basket. There will be a Silent Auction sheet for each Basket. The Basket contact person or coordinator (one person only) should also be identified on this list.

State Baskets need to be delivered to the display table between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, May 19^th.

The State Basket that is auctioned off for the highest dollar amount will receive a Hand Carved Aspen Walking Stick of a Wood Spirit. The walking stick is 40” long. The walking stick will be awarded to the Basket Contact or Coordinator listed on the contents sheet.

Please confirm your submission of a basket with Carolyn so we know how many we will have.

The silent auction for the state baskets will close on Sunday morning after Rally finishes.
