Vendor information

Limited premium vendor space is available inside the Ballroom and additional vendor space will be provided right outside of the Ballroom and will include one 6 foot table and two chairs. The charge for the duration of the National Specialty will be $100.00 for the premium space in the Ballroom and $75.00 for the spaces outside of the Ballroom. The vendor areas are an unsecure area and each vendor is responsible for securing his or her own materials and merchandise. We request a donated item from each vendor for the auctions/drawings.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OUT-OF-STATE VENDORS: You will need form #DR 0589 for state, special district, and county tax. The city of Colorado Springs requires a temporary sales tax license for city tax. The state application is $8.00, and the city application is $15.00 + $50.00 refundable bond.
